Overview
Forge3D aims to deliver high-quality 3D-printed and customized products with transparent service
standards, while acknowledging the unique, made-to-order nature of additive manufacturing.
Refunds
- Method: Original payment method only.
- Timing: Processed after inspection approval; allow additional time for bank or card issuer posting.
- Deductions: Where applicable, shipping fees, COD fees, and restocking charges for standard products not returned in original
condition may be deducted. Custom items are generally not refundable.
Exchanges
- For the same item or corrected version (e.g., reprint) based on eligibility; subject to inventory and production capacity.
Customer-Supplied Designs
- Responsibility: Functional suitability, fitness for purpose, and IP rights for customer designs rest with the customer.
- Print-as-provided: If issues arise from the provided model (e.g., insufficient wall thickness, unsupported features) after approval, reprints may be chargeable.
Color and Material Notes
- Color shades may vary between batches; visual differences on screens vs. actual prints may occur.
- Material properties differ (PLA, PETG, ABS, resin, nylon, etc.); end-use performance is not warranted unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Logistics Issues
- Delays due to courier, weather, or force majeure are not grounds for refunds; Forge3D will assist with tracking and resolution.
- If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, notify Forge3D within 48 hours for carrier investigation.
Documentation
- Keep order confirmation, invoice, unboxing video/photos (recommended), and courier proof for faster resolution.
- Claims without adequate proof may be declined.
